STOP PRESS: Re-Make of Romance Was Born’s Gumnut Boys Jacket

Dear die-hard fans of Romance Was Born (RWB), Australian leading designer, and loyal devotee of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie, the epic Australian children's book, dreams do come true!!!

Due to popular demand of Gumnut Boys varsity jacket, a little bird told me that the famous Australian fashion house is considering to re-make the Gumnut Boys varsity jacket. The jacket is one of the most famous pieces from RWB’s Bush Magic collection for Autumn/Winter 2015.

A true unisex piece which can be worn by both gender, the Gumnut Boys jacket is not only a testament of Romance Was Born’s unrivalled creativity but also as an ode to the famous epic children story of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie.

In 1918, May Gibbs wrote The Complete Adventures of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie which is now regarded as a children's book classic. Since then, this much beloved children’s book not only by children but also by the child at hearts has always been a best seller.

In its recent collection of Autumn/Winter 2015, Anna Plunkett and Luke Sales –the designing duo behind Romance Was Born- re-interpreted Snugglepot and Cuddlepie into a work-of-art fashion statement.

Retailed appropriately at AUD290,-, the Gumnut Boys varsity jacket is one of RWB’s best creation as it proves to be sold out both online and offline the minute it hits the stores. I, for one, am one of those who missed out on trying this fashionable piece, let alone to actually showing it off during this chilly winter season!

Needless to say more, fashionista, due to the ever popular demands, a little bird told me that Romance Was Born is now considering to re-make this sold out leather-sleeved jacket.

Those of you who call yourselves a devoted follower of either Romance Was Born or Snugglepot and Cuddlepie, drop an email consisting your full name and mobile phone to my email (jetfashiondiplomacy@gmail.com) as I will further communicate them to Romance Was Born.

Oh and have I told you that the re-make will only be crafted for a very few pieces. If you miss this re-make, that would be it, fashion darlings. C’mon now, you know you want this jacket so badly. So, what on earth can stop you from having it and strutting the jacket down the street during this winter, as well as to fashionably wear it to the premiere of the Snugglepot and Cuddlepie live on stage in Sydney's Opera House this winter?

Make sure to drop me an email to secure a piece of your very own Snugglepot and Cuddlepie. I am so getting mine and this one will be a keeper for more decades to come!
