With a pair of piercing blue eyes and a jawline as strong as Greek God statue add with British good set of manners, David Gandy is not just another pretty boy, he is the male supermodel of the 21^st century.

While women fancy him, men relates to him as he embodies the myth that says the older a man gets the more attractive he becomes. Sort of a vintage Bordeaux perhaps?

The story of David Gandy, as the story of the world’s leading figures,  is a story of hard works and dedication. He has never stopped working as a model since he was 21 years old.

In this era of more skinny and adolescent looking young men graced the catwalks in London, Paris and New York, David’s classy handsome look has endured gracefully and developed stronger than before.

David rose to world wide fame after Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of the famous Italian house Dolce and Gabbama casted him in the advertisement of Light Blue Eau de Toilette in 2006, that the fashion industry began to be mesmerized by David.

Recently David was invited to Sydney by GQ Australia. While in Down Under, David has also promoted his best-selling Eau de Toilette Light Blue Pour Homme by Dolce and Gabbana.  

JET is pleased to be among the stylish Sydney-siders who attended the event. But it did not stop there, JET experienced first hand how Mr Gandy firm yet soft-spoken words have truly captivated the Sydney audience. His manners are those of a true gentleman.

Oh, and one thing that I love and learn from him that during this event he does not cover his feet with socks! Isn’t it refreshing to combine the formality of three-pieces suit with the informality of socks-less pair of shoes. I think David has shown the male species how to look as the immaculate gentleman. 

As the weather has turned warmer, and in line with the theme of Dolce and Gabbana’ summery scene of Light Blue perfume, JET puts on an Indonesian Batik and linen shirt. My shirt is designed by Dua Nyonya Batik.
