Wonderful Indonesia Festival in Sydney

G’day friends!

Tell me, who would not jump to:

-       taste good food?
-       listen unique traditional music and famous songstress performance?
-       meet and greet famous celebrities?
-       or just hanging out with your loved ones in the weekend?
-       anddd, last but not least, receiving round-trip ticket to Bali as the ultimate door prize?

Last weekend Sydney-siders and those who reside in New South Wales grandly welcomed to the Wonderful Indonesia Festival.

Under the auspice of Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Indonesian Consulate General in Sydney, the Festival was a melting pot of Indonesian culture, culinary, music and fashion.

As a promoter of Indonesian fashion diplomacy, JET is grateful to meet the movers and shakers of Indonesian music and culinary diplomacy at the Festival.

In the field of culinary, JET is thrilled to be crossing paths with Tasia and Gracia Seger, the Winners for My Kitchen Rules 2016 in Australia. My Kitchen Rules, which is broadcasted nationally, has produced Australian most famous chefs over the years. These Melbourne-based sisters endured several months long strict MKR competition. In each episode, these young women have proven that Indonesian food can be as tempting and tasty as other international dishes.

On the music scene, JET is excited to have met the soft-voiced Tompi. Tompi, an Indonesian medical doctor who turned singer, is a house-hold name in Indonesia. He launched his first platinum recorded single “Selalu Denganmu” (Always With You) in 2005.
